Mandatory requirements to the Dealer

1) Legality

The dealer must legally (with an officially registered legal form provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan) be present in the telecommunications market of Kazakhstan and have qualified experience in installing and setting up receiving equipment.

2) Equipment certification

The dealer must have official contracts for the supply of equipment, which, if necessary, must be confirmed by transaction passports, official payment through the bank and customs documents. The equipment must be confirmed by a certificate of origin from the manufacturer and a certificate of conformity of the Republic of Kazakhstan (if this is provided for by law in relation to the equipment supplied).

3) Equipment reserves

The Dealer shall have sufficient necessary reserves of equipment at its warehouses in Kazakhstan in the amount of at least 3% of the total volume of equipment sold to ensure warranty replacement of the Subscriber's equipment within no more than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the Subscriber's Request.

4) Availability of outlet

The dealer must have its own outlets in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which contains a set of equipment and components for replacing failed equipment.

5) Availability of office space

The dealer must have his/her own/rented office space of at least 16 square meters, equipped with a personal computer and a telephone line.

6) Personnel qualification

The dealer shall have qualified personnel of engineering and technical workers, marketing and sales, and others, with the ability to independently perform the following operations:

• Produce individual and collective (systems of increased complexity) installations of satellite TV systems;
• Use the dealer's office to register potential calls from subscribers and monitor the status of subscribers connected by the dealer;
• Consult and, if necessary, train partners or their dealers on satellite TV installations;
• Perform design calculations of satellite TV systems;
• Conduct market research on satellite TV markets, providing analytical data and conclusions;
• Generate marketing and sales reports according to the Operator's requirements.

7) Logistics

The dealer must have the necessary vehicles, control and measuring equipment for the delivery of equipment to the client, its installation and configuration.

8) Availability of special clothing

The Dealer's employees engaged in Subscriber servicing shall have the following approved by the Operator:

• Uniform dress;
• Official ID with full name, employee's photo and Dealer's stamp;

9) Dispatcher availability

The Dealer shall have a dispatcher to receive and promptly process Subscribers "requests.

Recommended Dealer Requirements

1. Experience

The dealer must be present in the telecommunications market of Kazakhstan for at least 2 years and have the necessary experience in the supply of receiving equipment and the qualified performance of work on its installation and configuration.

2. Availability of branches

Reseller shall have branches/representative offices in at least three regions.

3. Availability of service center

The dealer must have a service center for the repair and maintenance of the Equipment.

4. Availability of official website

The Dealer shall have its own regularly updated website, which reflects the conditions for the provision of the Operator's Services, the cost of selling the Equipment to subscribers, and the cost of installation works.

5. Availability of a call center

The Reseller shall have a Call-centre to receive and promptly process calls from Subscribers.
